Most Villages homes come with a standard landscape package that ages out after a few years. We replace tired shrubs with Florida-Friendly plants, convert beds to rock or fresh mulch with drip irrigation, add a shade tree where the lot allows, and set up a smart controller so watering follows the rules without attention.
Extending the lanai or birdcage with pavers, adding a golf-cart pad, and building a pergola or pavilion for shade are our most requested Villages projects. We prepare the architectural-review submittal and pull any permit required.
Every village has deed restrictions and an approval process for exterior changes. We know the plant palettes and material rules and prepare submittal-ready plans.
Most of The Villages is in the Southwest Florida Water Management District, with the Lake County portion in the St. Johns district. We program each controller to the schedule for your address.

Most full-yard landscaping in the Clermont area runs $2 to $15 per square foot depending on how much is plants and mulch versus pavers, irrigation and structures. A typical 500 sq ft front-yard refresh in the Orlando market is roughly $2,300–$6,000; a complete new-construction package with sod, irrigation, trees and beds is more.
