Florida does not issue a statewide landscape contractor license; landscape installation and lawn maintenance require local business tax receipts and insurance. Applying fertilizer for hire requires the state Limited Urban Fertilizer certification, and applying any pesticide (including weed-and-feed) requires a Florida Department of Agriculture license. Do you help with HOA approval for landscaping changes?
