Landscaping Services in Leesburg
Everything below is available to Leesburg homeowners, businesses and community associations, installed by our own crew.
Low-Maintenance Landscapes for 55+ Communities
Leesburg's retirement communities want yards that look sharp without weekend labor. We design with Florida-Friendly shrubs, rock and mulch beds, drip irrigation and smart controllers, and we offer scheduled lawn care so the yard stays that way. Each community has its own architectural rules and plant palette, and we prepare the submittals.
Older Neighborhoods and Lakefront
Around Venetian Gardens, Lake Harris and Lake Griffin, mature trees and older irrigation are the norm. We renovate beds, swap shade-struggling turf for the right variety, and bring irrigation systems up to date.
Watering and Fertilizer Rules
Leesburg is in the St. Johns River Water Management District (2026 shortage order: odd addresses Saturday, even addresses Sunday, no irrigation 8 a.m.–6 p.m.). Lake County's fertilizer ordinance bans nitrogen and phosphorus from June 1 through September 30.
