Landscaping Services in Tavares
Everything below is available to Tavares homeowners, businesses and community associations, installed by our own crew.
Lakefront Landscaping
Three lakes surround Tavares, and many of our Tavares clients live on one of them. Shoreline plantings need to handle wind, wet feet and the 15-foot fertilizer buffer the Lake County ordinance requires near water. We use native and Florida-Friendly plants along the shore and keep the formal landscaping up by the house.
55+ and Gated Communities
Royal Harbor and the newer gated communities have architectural review. We prepare the plan drawings and plant lists and design low-maintenance yards with drip irrigation and smart controllers.
Watering Days
Tavares follows the St. Johns River Water Management District schedule: under the 2026 shortage order, odd-numbered addresses water Saturday, even-numbered addresses Sunday, no irrigation between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
A Short Drive from the Nursery
County Road 561 runs straight from our nursery to Tavares, so estimates, deliveries and installations are quick to schedule.
