Landscaping Services in Windermere
Everything below is available to Windermere homeowners, businesses and community associations, installed by our own crew.
Estate and Lakefront Landscaping
Windermere lots are large, shaded by old oaks, and often run down to the water. We design and install formal plantings, screening hedges, outdoor living spaces with pavers and pergolas, and shade-tolerant turf and understory plants for the canopy. Lakefront properties get plants that handle wind, occasional high water and the 15-foot no-fertilizer buffer along the shoreline.
Mature Trees and Irrigation Renovation
Many Windermere irrigation systems are decades old. We renovate them zone by zone, add smart controllers set to the current watering days (Saturday for odd addresses, Sunday for even under the 2026 St. Johns district order), and move spray heads out of tree root zones.
Community Standards
Isleworth, Keene's Pointe and Lake Butler Sound have detailed architectural standards and review boards. We prepare submittal-ready plans and use plant material that meets the community palette.
Specimen Trees from Our Nursery
We grow and source the larger palms and trees these properties need, which keeps lead times short and lets you choose the exact tree at our nursery.

Windermere Landscaping FAQs
Do you work in Isleworth and Keene's Pointe?
Yes. We serve Windermere's gated communities including Isleworth, Keene's Pointe and Lake Butler Sound, and we prepare the architectural-review submittals those communities require.
Can you landscape a lakefront lot on the Butler Chain?
Yes. We use wind- and water-tolerant plants along the shoreline, keep fertilizer 15 feet back from the water, and put the formal landscaping up near the house.
How much does landscaping cost in Central Florida?
Most full-yard landscaping in the Clermont area runs $2 to $15 per square foot depending on how much is plants and mulch versus pavers, irrigation and structures. A typical 500 sq ft front-yard refresh in the Orlando market is roughly $2,300–$6,000; a complete new-construction package with sod, irrigation, trees and beds is more. We give free, itemized estimates so you can phase the work.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Clermont and serve all of south Lake County every week: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Montverde, Mascotte and Howey-in-the-Hills. We also work in west Orange County (Winter Garden, Horizon West, Ocoee, Windermere, Apopka), the Four Corners and Davenport area of Polk County, and take larger projects across Lake, Orange, Polk, Osceola, Seminole, Marion and Sumter counties.
